The Full Service Event Planning package includes everything you need to make your event a success. This includes assistance with planning the overall theme and design; finding attire for the entire wedding party; venue and vendor selections; invitation design, assembling, and management of RSVPs; menu and music selections; timeline (and execution!); program and sign design; event website creation and more. I am also the point of contact for everyone involved in your event, from vendors to friends and family. I also often serve as counselor, referee, friend, and confidant (I wear many hats!). There is little I won’t do to make your event a success! With you from the moment you start planning until the event is done and you’ve made your exit. I tailor the planning experience for each client to best serve their specific needs and personalities. As hands-on or as hands-off as you want to be, I am here to make the process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
I will start meeting with you about a month before your event and confirm all plans that have already been put in place by you. I generally like 3-4 meetings to get up to speed with your desires for the event. One of these meetings will consist of touring your venue so I can create a floor plan and set up plan, and schedules for all involved parties and vendors. I will handle everything the day of your event so you can enjoy it worry-free, including: all set up and breakdown, and keeping everything running smoothly and on schedule during the event. You will have myself and two assistants all day the day of your wedding and the day before. I’d love to coordinate your ceremony rehearsal and assist with any decorating, floral design, favor assembling, attire prepping, or whatever you may need over these two days. Events by Emerson offers many a la carte decor services designed to offer assistance where you need it most. All services listed include set up, delivery, break down and removal of equipment within Grayson County. Additional fee for orders outside Grayson County. All orders subject to product availability.
Wireless Uplighting: $35 per light. Minimum order of 12 lights. Includes complimentary design consultation at your venue.
Gobo Monogram or Pattern Projection Lighting: $350 per light. Discount if multiple lights are ordered. Project your custom design onto any solid surface of your venue, including the dance floor! Includes complimentary design consultation at your venue and custom gobo design. Project your name, initials, a logo, pattern or more!
Backdrop Draping: Starts at $125. Includes design consultation at your venue. Orders subject to minimum order requirements. Inquire for details. Available in Sheer: black and white; Satin: white, fuchsia, royal blue and baby blue; Organza: baby blue, light pink and purple.
