Wedding and Event Planning
The Full Service Event Planning package includes everything you need to make your event a success. This includes assistance with planning the overall theme and design; finding attire; venue and vendor selections; invitation design, assembling, and management of RSVP’s; menu and music selections; timeline (and execution!); program, menu and sign design; event website creation and more. I am also the point of contact for everyone involved in your event, from vendors to friends and family. There is little I won’t do to make your event a success! With you from the moment you start planning until the event is done and you’ve made your exit. I tailor the planning experience for each client to best serve their specific needs and personalities. As hands-on or as hands-off as you want me to be, I am here to make the wedding planning process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
Day of Coordination
I will start meeting with you 1-2 months before your wedding and confirm all plans that have been arranged by you. I typically like 3-4 meetings to get up to speed with your desires for your wedding day. One of these meetings will consist of touring your venue so I can create a layout and set up plan, as well as schedules for all involved parties and vendors. I will handle everything the day of your wedding so you and your family and friends can enjoy it worry-free, including set up and breakdown and keeping everything running smoothly and on schedule. I’d love to coordinate your ceremony rehearsal and assist with any decorating, floral design, favor assembling, attire prepping, or whatever you may need the day before your wedding.
