Q. What type of events do you work with?

A. I will work with any type of event! Whether it’s a wedding, birthday party, baby shower, quinceañera, or whatever you may want to celebrate, I would be glad to help you plan and coordinate it!

Q. What is the difference between a planner and a coordinator?

A. A planner is concerned with every aspect of your event from the beginning to the end, from venue selection to designing centerpieces, invitations, cakes, etc. A coordinator is specifically dedicated to coordinating the details on the day of the wedding. Often called ‘day of’ coordinators, it usually is more like the ‘month of’ coordinator because it involves a few meetings to get up to speed on the details that have already been planned by the client,  or by a planner. The coordinator also makes sure to be the point of contact for all vendors to relieve all stress from the client on the day of the event.

Q. Do you offer both wedding planning and coordinating services?

A. Yes! I can do one or I can do both. While many couples choose to utilize a wedding planner from the very beginning, many couples find that they just need help on the day of the wedding. With set up, decorations, food prep, coordinating vendors, and then breakdown and clean up at the end of the night, coordinators do whatever they can to execute your perfect day and keep everything on schedule and running smoothly.
